What is Deforestation?
Deforestation is the permanent removal of trees to make room for something besides forest. This can include clearing the land for agriculture or grazing, or using the timber for fuel, construction or manufacturing.
How Air Pollution Effecting :
Decrease air quality
Increase various pollution like air pollution, soil pollution
Loss of biodiversity
If this will going on then there will be shortage of food, and plant by-products
Can cause oxygen shortage
Recent Events (effect):
Amazon fires (increase by 84% in 2019)
In 2005, the government of Brazil said that 48 percent of Amazon deforestation that took place in 2003 and 2004 occurred in Mato Grosso.
California Wildfire
Cause:
Agricultural Expansion
Wood extraction
Infrastructure expansion
Increase in human needs
Loss changes of plant evolution because of loss in their number
